YOUNG LEADERS PROGRAMME
Our Youth Leaders Programme is designed for young people who want to build their skills while taking the lead on a Berkshire Youth project or a community initiative, such as a local youth club or school program.
As part of the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to:​

Develop essential leadership skills.

Earn an ASDAN Leadership Qualification.

Access training in areas like First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene.

Get involved in and take charge of Youth Social Action projects.

Participate in Youth Voice activities, sharing your ideas and influencing decisions in your community.

Connect with others, learn from peers, and most importantly—have fun!
